My fiancé is trying to gain weight (6'5", 165lbs). He has a very fast metabolism and goes to the gym about 3 times a week-he is trying to add more muscle mass. I am trying to lose or maintain my weight (5'2", 130lbs). What are some food options that would satisfy us both? He eats about every 2-3 hours during the day, and large portions, but needs to be eating more hearty foods. If I eat like he did, I would be twice my size! We do not eat meat or eggs, and eat very little dairy. Any ideas?See More
