I saw on another post that you are trying to lose weight... I completely believe that it's easy to maintain a healthy weight simply by choosing healthy foods! I think you will like my blog, because i mostly cook healthy versions of things (and 100% vegan). My goal with this blog is to show people that it's easy to be vegan, that you don't have to miss out on good foods, and that you can eat junk food that is healthy! One of my favs that i will post soon, is healthy pumpkin PIE for breakfast, lunch, and dinner lol.
Have you ever seen Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead? (it's on netflix) it inspired my mom to go on a 10 day juice fast, and i love doing a fast now and then so i joined in. I'm on day 7 right now... she decided to up it to 14 days. anyway, interesting documentary and a healthy way to lose weight fast! I'm not overweight, and I don't really think i need to lose much weight, but i weighed in on day 5 and i had lost 7.8 pounds! that's just insane to me that it's even possible.
