Your body needs good healthy fats such as those found in peanuts. Even when you are dieting to loose body fat, consuming healthy fats such as peanuts, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil etc... wont get you fat, they will in fact help you LOOSE fat. Do some research into this and you will see what I mean.
If you are a vegetarian then egg's are a great source of protein. Also, many of Quorn products are actually high in protein too. Spinach, broccoli and plenty of other veg has lots of protein in. Just google high protein foods!
