Easy, Delicious Raw Vegan Chipotle Cheese 

Equal Parts Brazil Nuts & Red Pepper 2 Cups, chopped. NOTE: Cashews work well too

A scoop of probiotic powder

2 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons cumin

2 teaspoons paprika

Tablespoon Turmeric

Cayenne to taste

Salt to taste

Half lemon juiced

Sheet Dolce (optional)


Add all ingredients to Process in food processor to till evenly processed.

Shape cheese into a ball, set on plate and allow to expand one to two hours at room temp.

Cheese can be stored in the refrigerator in an air tight container for up to 3 days
