I'm going to start my transition into veganism on the new year. I'm thinking of doing 3 days a week, then 5 then 7. I wanted to dive straight into it, but I can't because of health reasons. My doctors do not really want me to do it too quickly. i live with a person who does eat meat, so this may be a little difficult. I have been vegetarian for almost 3 years. Any tips, or recipes or anything will help!!

Tips? Just do it! That's just what I do when I first went vegan 13 years ago. Eat more "Rainbow" vegetables and fruits, that will keep you healthy and active. You will feel more energy!
