A recent study in Sweden showed that when slimmers were placed on a vegan diet, although they actually consumed more calories than people in a control group following a non-vegan diet, the vegans lost an average of 9% of their body weight.
Turning vegan was the best decision of my life :)! Maybe it will be the best decision I have ever made. My mind is so much clearer- I talk a lot about how it helps me physically, but I noticed in school too my concentration is far better, and so is my memory. Before I had to take notes on every assignment or I'd forget, and even then I'd still forget, now I never have to write anything down and I have amazing mental clarity.
