ooh thanks I was just looking for this! Do you know how much iron hemp seeds have please?

I also take a supplent made of ferrous sulfate which is vegetarian because I don't always get to eat the right foods containing iron

Green leafy veggies have iron I believe.  So Swiss Chard, Kales, Collards, etc. would be beneficial.  I believe that Spinach was Poppies source of strength!

Also beans, legumes and quinoa....
