I've rarely seen any negative feedback about this low glycemic diet. The concepts are not new many of you may have tried them.. Following this plan should enable us o lose 9-10lbs in two weeks. I like that the whole plan is on one sheet and there is hardly any measuring or counting. It steers clear of processed foods.
When asked about how to tailor the plan to a vegetarian or vegan diet. He states fortunately most of the diet is already vegetarian or vegan friendly and Instead of meat he says that you subsitute the appropriate amount of of vegetarian protien. This could include tofu, temepeh or nuts. He also specifically states vegans should be sure to get the proper amount of calcium. Many of his discssions about the diet include recipes that have meat. However, some are already Veg friendly let' s use our existing knowledge to post recipes that work for us!
