im a week in to becoming a vegetarian and im getting irritable im not normally like that. i need some advise

You should make sure you are eating a varied diet, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and protein such as quinoa, beans, peanuts butter/nuts, etc

thanks ill try to get more protein in

Janet might be on to something, it might be you missing some of the addictive elements in processed foods

it could be. not only did i cut out meat but i also cut out dairy. im also thinking that now that i cut all the other stuff out that im not getting enough calories maybe. not sure though, ill just play with it and see what helps. thanks for  the advise

For me I just quit meat that was it , its been easy for me !
