Good start of the morning.
Coconut water 300ml, 1 Banana, 1cup of Pineapple, 1 Pear, 1 tsp wheatgrass, 1 tsp maca. (You can add a little bit sugar to it if you prefer sweet, i like the sweetness of the fruits itself.)
You can add whatever you need or want, sometimes i mix it up with a little bit spinach or blueberries.
