actually Joren, that doesn't sound like a bad idea at all!  I would love to hear a didg in a metal band.  It would go really well alongside a really distorted bass!

just tryed to make short base like sounds on the didg,  not a problem at all, even easier than the long sounds you normal make with a didg..

Joren, one idea since you have the didg thing going on and you like metal, play your didge over an Iron Maiden, like Rime of the Ancient Mariner and upload a sound clip on youtube.
