Comment by Tim S on January 20, 2012 at 12:46am I have been doing many styles of yoga with several teachers for about 3 years now, with some breaks. Recently I have been doing lots of hot yoga, latest of it Bikram yoga.

I also tried transcendental meditation, vipassana meditation, pranic healing for sometime. All the paths are superb and unique in their own way and help you in realizing yourself and tune yourself with nature(or god). I wish my fellow yogis for their success in their spiritual path.

I follow astaunga yoga and have a wonderfully mysterious spiritual teacher. Maybe sometime I'll share a spiritual story or two...
