Quick lunch recipe;

cube some tofu

fry it

add sesame seeds and soy sauce

add chopped tomatoes

cook until tomatoes are cooked down

serve with brown rice

add olive oil!

I can't get enough of this. I'll eat it all in one sitting:
one block tofu, cubed
Soy sauce
nutritional yeast
Dunk tofu in wet ingredients, then dredge it in the dry. I make sure all sides are covered. Speed oil on a pan. Bake 25+ minutes, turning at least one. Would be great dipped in vegan sour cream red pepper dip, but I eat it on its own all the time

I am new to vegetarianism and I am not sure how long I'll last, because it's hard to prepare a meat-free meal for me, and something suitable for my husband as well!

Hi All!

I'm new to this forum. Here is a recipe I LOVE!
Get extra firm, non GMO tofu...squeeze water out.
Add about a tablespoon of olive oil to a pan on high.
Break tofu apart into small chunks... Heat until slightly
Tan on both sides. Get a teaspoon of Spike which is a mix of spices and spread then add a tablespoon of Briggs, amino liquid or soy sauce. Mix, turn off heat and add nutritional yeast flakes. Add pepper to taste. I like this with brown rice and broccoli or carrots or any veggie! Enjoy the mock chicn!
