onion salt, oregano, yeast flakes pinch of salt pepper,chilly pepper and Cumin seeds in a paste of two half tablespoons of chick pea flour. Mix well add a little water until batter is runny.

Place on a warm frying pan with little oil and flip like a pancake. will need attention as can easily stick to frying pan.. hence scrambled is good also!

For traditional north indian style.. add little green chillies and finely chopped onion, coriander and garam masala,
