Seitan a la Beijing duck ready to be fried..so how i make it for my tommorow's lunch to be self served with mushroom/soy cream sauce?so after cooking seitan i puted it in blender together with soy sauce,mustard,parsley,garlic and pepper i filled sausages of that sticky seitan with chopped leek and boiled chopped carrots helping my self with bread crumbs cause its too sticky to form sausage without it ..so all in all have something to be joyfull about tommorow
