Hello everyone, I'm new to this, I am a baby when it comes to vegetarianism, I do not even consume dairy anymore, I actually gave up dairy before I gave up meat funny enough and I began to change my diet in July 2013, but even since then it's been a slow change, I fully became a vegetarian in January 2014, but I know I am slowly becoming vegan, as of March 2014 I have stopped eating eggs. Yes! I have finally given them up, plus I ordered my first vegan boots and a hemp belt a month ago and they arrived yesterday. (20th March 2014)

I'm a vegetarian, I eat a lot of Tofu, nuts and falafel. I also eat a lot fruit and veg. Beetroot, broccoli, carrots, apples and bananas are my favourite.
One of the great things I love about being a vegetarian is that..(well! Apart from all the weight loss I'm getting... ) I am discovering foods that I have never tried before and never knew they existed. Veggie foods, where have you been all my life? I mean tofu and falafel are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO VEGGIE!!!!!!!!!!!!
