- Hello My name is Epiphany and Im new to being a vegan for about a week I tried it before about ten years ago and I guess it wasnt my time I ended up going back really needed to learn how to be creative with it to keep my interest well years went by about ten years after I couldnt take the low energy , stress , and illness in my body and I took a turn to a new start with my spirituality which included living more sacrifically and with that came my full respect for animals by being vegan and increasing in best health I would love to meet others maybe get some support and advice since this is new for me ...Its been fun so far its kind of unique because I used to eat alot of meat alot of it its like my body used to crave it so much ( just being honest ) and through awareness I learned how much It wasnt really meat I needed well still working on fully understanding that ...I take classes with Monks on Dharma studies at a monastery in my town and they have helped me understand how much meat takes away from who you are as a whole spiritual person ....it is still s transition but I can say Ive done well...even though I have to cook separately from my boyfriend who isnt where I am which I have learned its not for me to not accept that awareness comes as it comes for individuals and I just be an example by doing the best me in being vegan maybe he'll join later may be he wont but for not I never want to live in suffering again due to illness ....so I'd like to have all the support and increase in knowledge possible and maybe exchange recipes ...Im looking forward to see what this site has to assist :)

I am very glad I went vegan a month in and I feel better look better and feel happier and tat I am getting well also glad to help the animal kingdom I feel even more connected to my cats ...Thankful for this website too where you can have support in transistioning :)
