I am a "In Transition Vegetarian", so I am new to everything vegetarian. I would like advice, support and encouragement while I try to transition. I have already stopped eating beef, pork and chicken. I've limited my dairy and only drink teas for a caffeine boost if needed.
If anyone has advice for me I would appreciate it. We moved away from all of our family and friends 10 months ago I don't have anyone to talk with here about my recent changes, nor do I have a whole lot of support from my family (gotta love opinionated people).
I look forward to participating on this site and learning more about a vegetarian life.
