Radio2 sun eve. Animal Champion Paul O'Grady spoke fondly of his pet sheep then two mins later gave 'thank you of the day' to a butcher who'd given free pork sausages to a charity!!! I dont understand why animal lovers like him dont make the final connection regarding ALL animals being sentient.

I just read an interesting article on Forbes Magazine website (Click Here for Article!) stating that Americans have decreased their meat consumption by 12.2% since the big 2007 E. Coli scare that caused Hudson Foods to recall 25 MILLION pounds of ground beef, throughout American markets. Being that an average cow weighs about 1,600 pounds, I guesstimate that…Continue

Well besides the obvious answer to drink lots of water and water-filled foods like watermelons, kiwi, grapes, apples, carrots, raw broccoli, etc. The bigger question is: Which foods actually have "sun benefits" ?? Palak Paneer is favorite to many of us. However i have heard few people telling they feel the rawness in the taste when they make at home. I suggest them to try my recipe :)
Here I will be adding milk and wont use any cream. The important thing is while blanching Palak, I suggest you to blanch it in Microwave for 8 mins. By doing this it retains the rich green color, vitamins and minerals.

So, in around 40 days, we are going on a family trip to Hawaii. I've decided to try the Master Cleanse, since I've hit a plateau in my weight loss. I've heard that this also rids you of cravings for unhealthy foods, so I'm hoping when I come out of it, I can focus more on vegetables and fruits, and cut down a lot on my grains- as I'm a bread junkie.
A friend of mine lost 32 lbs on it in 40 days without exercise, I'm going to be going on some more runs, etc. Man, I would be happy just…Continue
