How Dangerous is Salt?
Like a lot of things is salt dangerous if your daily level is high…our body needs salt but not so many as we should take in if we don't hold the level down. Avoiding processed food is necessary ! ;)
Here's a quote that I agree with from Dr. Douglas Graham, "Those substances that are beneficial are only beneficial in moderation, whereas those that are harmful are harmful regardless of dose. We could not sensibly argue that tobacco, botulism or heroin are good for us as long as we didn't use them excessively."
I also agree with you that we should avoid processed food...
I eat it in low quantities. as well as sugar and oils. feel better for it and have gotten in the best shape of my life.
Same here Uno. The only time I eat it is in restaurant food...
