Hello there all my veggie friends, I have been a strong vegetarian for eight years now. No vitamins really, just tofu and soy products with random fruits and vegetables along the way. My problem now is I bruise super easily, I can't stand up long without my eyes going black and becoming faint, and worst of all my brittle bones crack almost every time I move. I know vitamins would be the best method but I just don't want anything unnatural, nor can I remember to take them every single day. Any suggestions?
