Hello there all my veggie friends, I have been a strong vegetarian for eight years now. No vitamins really, just tofu and soy products with random fruits and vegetables along the way. My problem now is I bruise super easily, I can't stand up long without my eyes going black and becoming faint, and worst of all my brittle bones crack almost every time I move. I know vitamins would be the best method but I just don't want anything unnatural, nor can I remember to take them every single day. Any suggestions?

Vitamins are very natural!
There is only one good advice I can give you: Eat a gold mix of fresh fruits and vegetables everyday.
Your body doesn't need great amounts of vitamins, but it surely needs them.
If you're not a big fan of fruits and vegetables, try to make them different from day to day (maybe as a soup, a shake or try some recipes that sound tasty).

Maybe you should see a nutritionist? I know bruising easily can means your anemic (Low iron). I've had that problem before. You may want to increase your leafy greens like kale and spinach, beans, legumes etc... Spinach will also help with calcium for stronger bones but you may want to increase your plant milk intake as well. Coconut milk and almond milk have tons of absorbable calcium. Definitely see a nutritionist sweetie. You need to make sure you're not seriously ill.

I think you can take a glass of milk daily. It is really packed with vital nutrients.

Okay Alice, thank you. I guess I will have to just sack up and go. I appreciate the help. I do drink almond milk only and coconut water daily if that helps.

Dear Friend, I have a little problem with Ashley, I am 34 years old. last week  as per x ray report about 1 x 1,5 cm of my knee bone deterioration for the last 2 month and  it feel hurt.My daily food now is morning-evening is same =2/3 vegetable with rice,everyday I drink mineral water. I did not eat chicken,pork for 1,5 year, I try to be vege, anything wrong with my food? pls share krub.
