According to researchers at the University of Maryland, 75% of overeating is caused by emotions. Therefore, dealing with emotions appropriately is important."Lots" think that that having weight issue is cause only by poor diet, or "O their just lazy ",and it's not really true,our emotional and mental state are key factors in healthy eating ,and fighting obeisety also.

So true! Emotions are a lot more challenging to solve. There's the conscious and the unconscious. That's why I recommend meditation.

I've heard that emotions don't last longer than 10-20 minutes, if it takes longer it means you can't let go of what is.

Stress is very bad for your body.

Hmmm... I think you are right that how long emotions last depends on how long the person holds on to a particular issue...which will definitely cause stress
