True Sipiwe .. Health is one of the essential element of today's time.

We find a lots of health problems in the recent time whether relates to obesity BP/Heart-attack  etc .It all starts with who doesn't value his/her body.

In most cases people are not even aware. They just wake up one day with a serious illness and obesity. By then a lot of damage has been done and chronic medication becomes the order of the day.

Very true :) I loathe the people who whine about their place or situation but do nothing to change it. Don't complain if you aren't going to change, the end! Love your lot or change it. No one can make you happy but yourself.

The majority of humanity are in that group of the whiners who do nothing. But, as long as people like you and I continue to say the truth, someone will hear. I remember when I changed my lifestyle, my own family went along with it but extended family members scoffed at me. Then when they discovered that I looked and felt better, they all started to follow my advice, one by one. I wrote a book about taking control of your health. It is called Destiny Mastery 1: Start With Your Health. I gave away free copies to friends and relatives but mostly the books are gathering dust. I suppose some people will only make decisions when it is too late.
