Compassionate Kids!
One day while riding in the car with my then 7 year old son he said"Mom, it's not fair that we save animals lives,then meat eaters go behind us and kill the ones we saved" .. i explained to him that every bit that we do adds up, and that we are helping every time we chose not to eat meat(which is every day).. He thought for a while and said " one day i want to give a speech about it".. "in the gymnasium? like- to your class?" .. he said "NO, i want to give a huge speech, like Martin Luther King Jr so that EVERYONE can hear me, and they will know and understand why we are vegetarians and then they will become vegetarians too and the world will be better".... My son and his huge compassionate heart changes the world for the better every day! I am certain that one day he will do so on a large scale! Keep an eye out- he'll be president one day!! ..... tell me about your compassionate kids!

You're young child is amazing and so thoughtful at such an age. Being aware of what he eats at such an early age will make him more thoughtful than the other kids who regularly partake in a meat diet everyday without questioning it. It's nice to see such a compassionate and aware child, you go and tell those kids at school! :)
I was just curious, does he get any troubles from the other kids for not eating meat??

I love that! My 13 & 15 year olds are doing their best to spread the word. They already influenced about 10 friends in becoming vegetarians. I'm very proud too. We hope your son will succeed one day.
