I'm going out of town for a little while, so I just wanted to post something positive. I've been in a very positive mood lately- thanks to certain friends, who have shown me a particular way of thinking. I'm following my heart in everything I believe, and my feet carry me to where I need to be.

Going to New York, can't wait to try all the vegan nommies, many members on here have raved that it's a very veg friendly city :3! Continue having a good New Year- if things haven't started out right, that's okay :) Rough waters will teach you a thing or two about how to direct your life, and you'll come out of them eventually.

I just started running again, and I'm now on a mostly raw diet. This year, my resolution is to become a raw vegan! I already ousted a lot of the transition foods I'd used earlier in the year, and I'm very excited, especially seeing how well I do athletically on a more raw, clean diet. I want to get really sick fit this year, like Michelle Rodriquez kinda way. Toned and ready to fight zombies. I know a raw diet is what's finally going to take me over the wall I've hit these past couple years! My energy is amazing already, my sleep schedule, my stress level- everything's just so vastly improved.

And just to add in personal news- my father, my eat-meat-every-day-for-every-meal father, ate bocca burgers all on his own and LIKED THEM! So excited! My mom is very interested in becoming vegetarian, but her journey is a slow one. She's got a lot of health concerns, which cause her to hesitate, and I can understand that. My Dad I think is interested in showing her support- but I see a lot of potential in this :3

Let's make this year, and every day, count.

Alright Lauren, glad to hear that you are doing so well! That's great!

Phew, I'd love to be raw vegan, it would be very hard though. I do think it is the most natural diet for a human being, the Eden diet, lol. I'm going to blame it on location for now, lol. I did just sell my house, YAY, so I get to move back home and I will have access to more organic fruits and veggies, then maybe I'll go raw.

That's exciting about your mom and dad too! See, you light has already shown to them, a VERY significant achievement. I hope you have fun in NY, and I hope your days continue to be blessed with life and vitality. Talk to you later!
