I had watched this documentary on how juicing your fruit or vegetables are really good for you and since becoming a vegetarian , I now juice once a day. I was just wondering if anyone does this to and have notice the benefits of juicing ?

Both my husband and I have been juicing off and on for a couple of years and it is the single best way to get vitamins and nutriants into your bloodstream immediately. We originally learned about it from Kris Carr, who had full-on Cancer has put herself in remission as well as Jay Kordich (invented the juicer) who inspired us to juicing. We cant say enough how wonderful it is and opened up a healthier way of life.

I felt great at the end of the first week I did it, but Im ususally short on time and slowly stopped. I need to find better recipes online and start juicing again.
