This is definitely worth watching.  Bring tissue.  I had already been a vegetarian for years, mostly vegan.  After watching this, I never "cheated" again!

for an informed guy, it is my opinion he's got a wrong idea on vegetarianism. Aroun min6 he states that "vegans, unlike vegetarians, also refrain from eating cheese, milk, eggs, honey or any product whatsoever".
It is my undestanding that vegetarians don't eat any animal products, including the ones above (those who do are called laco-vegetarian, ovo-vegetarian, or ovo-lacto-vegetarian).

The difference between vegetarian and vegan is the use of other animal products, like the mentioned skins. The difference is that vegetarianism is a diet, whilst veganism is more of a "statement" against any kind of animal exploitation.

nuno, i disagree with you. Vegetarism is not only a diet. i eat cheese and egg but no meat, no fish and it not because I think its better for my body. I stopped eating meat because i think its hoorible to kill creatures jut for the taste of meat. so you see. greetings from germany

Hi, Merlin. As I menioned, that's my opinion.

Actually, my diet is quite similar to yours. I also don't consume meat, fish or seafood, and I only use eggs from outdoor chickens, when I can find them. And I do it mostly for ethical and ecological purposes!

I don't think there's a clear and concise definition of "vegetarian", and for me a vegetarian would be someone who ate ONLY vegetables, therefore no eggs, milks, or dairy, and no honey. Vegans are against animal exploitationis of any kind. Thus, the difference between vegetarianism and veganism would be the use of animal "subproducts", such as leather, wool, fur, or silk, and animal tested products.

However, I can find that my opinion differs from most of what I can find on the Internet. Greetings
