I eat meat and am very energetic,great skin,Not fat, Who generation of family members live in there 90's and some have topped 100 and eat meat,I dont have bad body odor or breath, My hair and nails are great,I have no migraines nor allergies. I eat meat 3 times daily. Quit with the propaganda lies.

  4. for the first comment thats not true these are all benifits from going vegan not to say you cannont have these qualities on a non-vegan diet, some people are just naturally thin, clear skinned, and energetic. These benifits are aimed more to help people who struggle with weight loss or skin problems and is likely to be a good long term solution. Vegan isn't for everybody but it is a healthy lifestyle.

  5. I can tell you that I've lost weight and fat since I become vegetarian and then vegan.
    I didn't know about the allergies but it is true that some of my allergies have disappeared too !

  6. I can definitely relate to when I went vegan I felt better, my skin was clearer, I didn't have any health issues and I lost 35 pounds in about 7 months!
